Buckwheat Flower Honey with Juniper Berries Wine

Available

This is a dark, rich wine with a dry, smooth character. The complexity of the buckwheat flower honey is complemented by the herbal, evergreen lift of the juniper berries. Paradoxically for its dry nature, it pairs well with rich sweets such as toffee, making for a good after-dinner dessert pairing with holiday candies.

Radish Flower Honey and Lime Wine

This wine is bright with lime in the foretaste, but quickly resolving to a honey finish. The nose is complex and floral, though light, making it wonderful to simply swirl and enjoy. It pairs beautifully with salted caramel, which makes it resemble a lime margarita, or a light picnic meal of fresh bread, butter, cheese and fruit.
