Honey Lemon Wine

This is a complex wine with a nose based in the honey and the lemons that we steeped in the barrel. We did not peel the lemons, so look for those zesty notes. This wine comes to life when gently warmed in your hands so that the aromas can come out and play. Pair it with a light meal, or after dinner with good conversation.

Blackberry Flower Honey and Raisin Wine

This is a crisp, dry, tart wine with a floral nose and a palate that appears and disappears as clean as a breeze. Pair it with a charcuterie board on a summer’s day, or sip it while relaxing with a movie.

Granny Smith Cyser Wine

This is a bold, smooth dry wine that has aged for well over a decade. The nose is honey forward, but the promise of sweetness is subverted by the full apple body in the mouth. As pure as it gets, there are only three ingredients: honey, apple and yeast.

Green and Gold Honey Apple Wine

Green and Gold is very rich and deep, the juice of the apples combining almost port-like with the honey; the notes on the bottle directly are as follow: Tart Granny Smith combines with the bright notes of JonaGold to lend crisp body to the honey floral nose.

Buckwheat Flower Honey and Ceylon Black Tea Wine

Batch 45 (buckwheat flower honey and Ceylon black tea): As a metheglin with black tea, this wine is smoothly rounded to the palate although the hint of tea’s spiciness drifts through the bouquet. Try this wine with duck sausage on rosemary crackers.

Buckwheat Flower Honey Lemon Wine
